Samsung Smart Club Loyalty Program

The Samsung Smart Club is launched by Samsung Bangladesh and Fair Electronics as a loyalty program. This gives in exclusive membership allowing the members to enjoy a variety of rewards and benefits which is available in all Samsung Smart Plazas.

There are two types of cards the members will be owning which has different benefits:

• Physical card will have a purchase value over 50K for both mobile and consumer electronics
• E-Cards will have a purchase value below 50K for both mobile and consumer electronics

The card will only be available for selected FDL owned outlets of FCL & FEL and online store of FDL.

Upon purchasing any Samsung Smartphone, Tab & Consumer Electronics Product

Terms & Conditions:

1. The program is open for any customer of age 18 years and above on purchase of Samsung product(s).
2. There is no enrollment fee for this Program. BDT 100 taka will be charged as card re-processing Fee incase of lost / damaged of the card.
3. A member ID will be generated upon successful enrollment / account activation of Samsung Smart Cub. A physical or electronic card will be issued to the customer.
4. Members will get 1000 Welcome Points upon successful registration. This point is valid for 18 month.
5. This card is not transferable. For any transaction & redemption the invoice should be generated against the Samsung Club Member.
6. Samsung Smart Club Member has to show either his card or his membership No or Registered Mobile No of this program during the transaction to avail the benefit .
7. Samsung Smart Club Member will get 1point on each 100 taka purchase.
8. Samsung Smart Club Member can earn point maximum 5 times in a calendar month against his transaction.
9. Earned point validity is 1 year from the date of point generation (including Welcome Bonus).
10. Samsung Smart Club Member will enjoy the following benefits through his points.
11. Samsung Smart Club Member can redeem points either Maximum up to 5% on total product price or Maximum TK 500 for Smartphone & Tablets based on invoice value. For Electronic product Samsung Smart Club Member can redeem points maximum up to 5% on total invoice value.
12. Samsung Smart Club Member has to earn minimum 1,500 points (including Welcome Points) for first time redemption.
13. Samsung will generate the OTP (One Time Password) to the registered Mobile No (registered during enrollment) prior to point redemption. Samsung Smart Club member has to share the OTP in presence during the redemption. This OTP is not shareable to others.

14. Samsung Smart Club Member can redeem only existing points. New purchase point will be accumulated and available for redeem in next purchase.
15. This card is not redeemable for bulk purchase, or any other channel purchase EPP (employee purchase program) and any B2B purchase.
16. These points can be redeemed at selected Samsung Smart Plaza and Fair Connection outlets against Samsung consumer electronics, accessories, smartphone and tablet purchase.
17. Samsung Smart Club Member cannot encash/ sell/ purchase/ transfer/ the earned reward points.
18. Samsung Smart Club member can only earn Points as per the terms and conditions of the Program or as per the scheme offered under the Program.
19. Samsung and FDL will notify the registered Samsung Smart Club Member for any sort of activity and promotion under this program.
20. Fair Electronics reserves the right to change, add, modify and cancel any terms and conditions of this program.
