Smart Tutor is a service that we have brought to you to enable troubleshooting through remote management. You will need to click on the Smart Tutor icon and download the application if you don’t already have it. When you agree on the terms and conditions, it shows up a number to call. Once you call up that number, the call centre executive will provide a PIN to you which you will need to key-in in your device. Once you have done that our executive will have remote access to your phone and can help you resolve your queries. Smart Tutor application is currently available only on Samsung Android devices.
All you need to do is enter the pin code of your area, our app will give you the address and contact details of the service centre located close to you.

Yes, you can pre-book cabs from My Galaxy. However, Pre-Bookings can be done for Hourly Rental Cabs and EasyCabs only.
Once you have already booked a cab on the Cab Booking Screen, just below the driver/cab details, you can see the option to either Call the Driver or Cancel the Ride. To cancel your ride, click on 'Cancel' button and proceed further.

Yes, streaming movies is subscription based; however you may incur data charges, depending upon your data plan with your telecom operator or internet service provider.
You can download only those videos which have a “Download” icon visible. The videos will be downloaded in Viu within My Galaxy application under videos section. To download, please click on the download icon next to the videos you want to download. *Please note that the download icon if not present means the content is only available for streaming.
Once you have downloaded the videos, please open the iflix App, go to videos section where you will find download arrow on the top bar.
Now you can enjoy your favorite meals right from the comfort of your home by ordering food from within My Galaxy app. We have partnered with leading food ordering Burger King bring an easy, seamless experience to you. You can order food from within the app by clicking on “Food” icon of the app homepage.
